We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so.
2. What data we collect
- Contact form: your name or company name, business email address, primary domain of interest, and the project summary you provide.
- Booking a call: if you schedule via our calendar tool, the information you enter there (name, email, and any details you add).
- Technical data: standard server and security logs generated by our hosting provider (for example IP address, browser type, and time of access).
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data through this Website. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the contact form.
3. Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote or consultation — legal basis: your consent and/or the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To schedule and hold a call — legal basis: your consent / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b)).
- To keep the Website secure and operational — legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the Website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Who we share it with (processors and third parties)
We use the following service providers, which process data on our behalf or as independent controllers. Some are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in which case transfers rely on adequacy decisions and/or Standard Contractual Clauses:
- Web3Forms — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Cal.com — scheduling of consultation calls.
- Google (Firebase Hosting) — hosting and delivery of the Website; generates technical/security logs.
- Google Workspace — the email service we use to receive and reply to your messages.
We do not sell your personal data. We only disclose it to public authorities where legally required.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data for up to 24 months after our last communication with you, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation. Technical logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD), www.aepd.es.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
